FullForce is a free cydia tweak that lets you run your iPhone only app in full iPad resolution. When enabled it will try to run apps that aren’t available for iPad in full screen mode. For eg. it will run Skype, Facebook apps in full resolution.

Just look for FullForce in Cydia, install it and restart springboard when prompted. Now, go into Settings -> FullForce and enable it for apps you want to run in fullscreen mode.

RetinaPad Cydia Tweak for iPad

When pixel doubled a lot of the apps look pretty pixelated because they weren’t designed for the iPad’s large display. With RetinaPad cydia tweak enabled, you will get a butter mooth view of the app you are running in pixel double ’2x’ mode. While this is not true ‘Retina display’, this is way better than the solution Apple has given us.
