Don’t waste your time or money on DOT GLOVES!!

I ordered these gloves, the size that comes does not correspond to the size you think your ordering. So I sent them back… After numerous emails, none of which were responded to, I finally got my money back nearly two weeks later and only after I hunted them merchant down through PayPal. I feel like if I hadn’t, this would have been a total scam.

If you’re waiting for a refund, contact them through PayPal. The product, the company and most of all, the customer service are horrible and not worth the time of money.

I have tried several of these gloves and nothing compares to the performance and price of Agloves. Agloves for touch screen phones are precise and light weight. They work perfect as glove liners while snowboarding or skiing. Costing only $17.99 they are by far the best deal out there.

Dots Gloves is a horrible company to have to deal with. I tried to get these LAST year for a Christmas present but they were sold out the entire month of December. This year I ordered on Nov. 27. On Dec. 7 I got a mass email from the company saying “Sorry for the delay, don’t worry all orders will arrive by Christmas.” I sent an email to them on Dec. 18 asking about my order and again on Dec. 21. Finally on Dec. 21 I get the email saying they’re backed up 2-3 weeks and I can cancel if I want – leaving me with 3 days before Christmas to scramble for two new presents. These gloves cannot be worth dealing with the company.
