Here is my most favorite iPhone 4 winterboard theme right now.
Black’UPS Darkness HD is an amazing black based theme with custom icons for most apps. I especially love the camera, App Store and Settings app icons.
The theme comes with 304 icons and is a complete theme with lock slider, custom dialer, etc.
The best part about this cydia theme is that the theme author jackietran provides templates for creating your own HD App Store icons and cydia icons. The App Store template has 114×114 resolution and the cydia icon has a 118×120 resolution.
This theme page at Macthemes.net has links to tutorials on how to create icons for Black’UPS retina theme. It even has a few video tutorials.
Once you create the icons, it also details how to add your own icons to the theme. In fact, make sure you check out this thread to find icons already created by the theme authors as well as others.
