Just input your current city and state and this app will tell you what stations are optimal for broadcast clarity, it even has a visual graph that shows the predicted signal strength across the band.
Tune your transmitter to transmit on a vacant station and enjoy knowing you will have the least interference. I’ve used this on a few road trips and its been very handy. Being free to download from the app store, it’s hard to go wrong here.
Getting your transmitter to work with and charge your phone, while not getting annoying error messages, is another story.
