Illumine theme has been one of my favorite iPhone winterboard themes since the early jailbreak days.
I just came across another awesome winterboard theme that shares the name.
IllumineHaz3-HD for iPhone is a superb theme from @iHaz3. Like most of their themes this is also a dark theme with a bunch of color accents that make it pleasing to see.
The unique look of this theme coms from the half sized icons. The stock icons are all custom designed and have a smooth silver lining. This theme looks gorgeous in the iPhone 4 retina display.
The theme comes with a few widgets loaded – feed widget, weather widget, lock screen, Photo slideshow (iPad only) and color keyboard.
The theme works great with the following Cydia tweaks installed – Gridlock, Iconoclasm, Shrink (optional), LockInfo, Colorkeybaord.

Make sure you turn off summerboard in Winterboard for this theme to work correctly.
