Apple just recently released iOS firmware for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch, iPad and Apple iPad 2.

You can find the official Apple direct download links for iOS 4.3.3 and iOS 4.2.8 below
- iPhone 4 (GSM)
- iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.8 (Verizon)
- iPhone 3GS
- iPad 2 WiFi
- iPad 2 GSM
- iPad 2 CDMA
- iPad
- iPod touch 3G
- iPod touch 4G
iOS 4.3.3 primarily was released to address the now-infamous location database bug. It is kind of funny how the iOS firmware download weighs in at 666MB. Did anyone say evil? I think Apple engineers have a good sense of humor.
i0n1c’s untethered userland jailbreak is still open in this iOS 4.3.3 firmware update. This is great news for iOS jailbreakers. Here is an excerpt from Dev Team’s blog
Apple released iOS 4.3.3 on Wednesday, and once again the untethered jailbreak exploit that@i0n1c created for 4.3.1 still works. That makes it an unprecedented three firmwares where the same userland exploit works. We’re not exactly sure why Apple hasn’t fixed the hole yet, but we’re not complaining!
The 4.3.3 untether works on all devices that actually support 4.3.3 except for the iPad2:
- iPhone3GS
- iPhone4 (GSM)
- iPod touch 3G
- iPod touch 4G
- iPad1
- AppleTV2G (v4.3 8F202)

Windows 7 users: If you’re having problems, be sure to run with CPU affinity = 1 (see the guides or comments for how to do this)
I have collected a few good articles on how to jailbreak with iOS 4.3.3 and how to unlock iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3.3 with ultrasn0w (only older basebands).
