If you rely on unlocking your iPhone to use it or plan on unlocking your iPhone in the future, do not update to iOS 4.3!
Apple has just released iOS 4.3 to the public and you might see it already on your iTunes when you connect your iPhone. Do not press update yet.
Apple has introduced a security technology named ASLR in the new update and it is unclear if the iPhone can be unlocked with existing jailbreak solutions on baseband 04.10.01.
I am seeing a lot of tweets to that effect and would advise any unlocker to stay away from the iOS 4.3 update until then.

I will update the blog as soon as we hear the official word from the Dev Team or any other members in the jailbreak community. In the mean time make sure you save your iOS 4.2.1 SHSH blobs while Apple still signs them.
