MuscleNerd has posted a video dema via Qik of the first iPod Touch 2G jailbreak. DevTeam had registered a domain named redsn0w and As some of us speculated, it is for the jailbreak iPod Touch 2G.

The details on the jailbreak are sparse but it is definitely good news for iPod Touch 2G owners waiting to jailbreak it.
It looks like they are holding off on the public release of redsn0w for now. The legal issues with the release of yellowsn0w – iPhone 3G unlock program is probably the cause for it.
