Steve Jobs is probably the only CEO who andwers emails from his customers.
A Mac Rumors report suggests that an iPhone 3G user emailed Steve Jobs about a ‘fix that will make my phone work again’ – implying the iOS 4 update pretty much made the iPhone 3G unusable.
And Steve Jobs replied in his terse style “Software update coming soon”.
Many people have complained about iPhone 3G becoming very slow, seeing battery drains, overheating, etc. after updating to iOS 4.
Mind you, some people have also said iPhone 3G on iOS 4 was made useable by disabling Spotlight Search or atleast most of the items from Settings.
You could atleast give that a try while hoping this purported reply from Steve Jobs is true!
