I have been looking for a nice case for my iPad 3G. With an investment like that with a huge piece of glass in front, I wanted something that offered real good protection for my iPad.
I tried to order the Apple Case but it was back ordered.
Then I came across an iPad case from a well reputed case maker – SF Bags – Waterfield Designs.
Smart Case from Waterfield Designs is a very good iPad case in a variety of ways. Something to note. If you are looking for an Apple like iPad case that opens like a book then this case is not for you.
But if you are looking for a case that’s like a sleeve and offer the best protection possible for your iPad, the you have to read further about the Smart Case.
SF Bags’ Smart Case is designed to offer excellent protection for your iPad without too much bulk.
Multi-layered padding includes a high-impact, rigid insert and an Ultrasuede® scratch-free liner. At under-an-inch thin, this case sports luxurious padding to keep your iPad snug and secure, yet quickly accessible. No visible stitching keeps the case looking sleek and smooth.
Smart Case comes with a low-profile pocket that can hold the charging cable and even the power adapter. The material is well padded and when you insert the iPad into the ultrasuede scratch-free liner, it hugs it pretty tight. You can even invert the iPad case and shake it and the iPad won’t fall out.
Smart Case measures 10″ x 7.2″ x 1″ and weighs 8.4 oz.
iPad Smart Case sells for $59 and is available in several colors – green, flame, copper, pine, pearl and black.
