Lucky Clan brings Top Camera, a full-featured new camera and photo editing app, to the iTunes App Store.  The intuitive interface and impressive array of features of this all-in-one camera app are primed to convince camera-happy iPhone users to drop the unwieldy array of applications they’ve probably been using up until now.  Top Camera gives users the ability to take better pictures, edit and enhance them, and easily share the resulting photo masterpieces.

Top Camera’s save feature can be set to automatically save every photo, or to require confirmation from the user.  These saved photos can be easily organized in the app’s folder manager—an added bonus which most photo apps lack.  Sharing and exporting photos is simple, and Top App supports export to multiple locations, including Flickr, Twitter, and Facebook in addition to the photo library and email.

Perhaps the most popular feature set offered by Top Camera is its arsenal of editing options.  Users can edit photos taken with Top Camera and they can also import photos from the photo library.  That’s a plus, since Top Camera’s editing options are top of the line.  Cropping can be accomplished freestyle, by ratio, or by other parameters.  In addition to standards like flipping and rotating pics and adjusting saturation, brightness, and contrast, Top Camera has a plethora of filter effects and borders.  With an integrated preview mode, turning a so-so pic into a keeper is a breeze with Top Camera.
